Chad Warner

I’m Chad Warner, and I started OptimWise LLC as an IT services business in February 2010. After a brief hiatus, I rebooted as a part-time web design freelancer in September 2011.

I’ve been interested in computers and technology for as long as I can remember, and I’ve spent years acting as a mediator between people and technology; relieving their frustration by helping them understand and take advantage of technology. My desire to help individuals and businesses with technology has led me into Information Technology roles at several organizations since 2004.

I’ve been a Microsoft Certified Professional since 2006. In 2008, I graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor of Science of Information Systems and a minor in General Business. Since that time, I’ve been a full-time IT systems administrator and support specialist at a midsize business in Holland, Michigan.

OptimWise is about the wise application of technology, so I’m not content to base the venture solely on my technical skills. I continue to hone the business and interpersonal skills I began developing with my business minor at GVSU. You’ll often find me at technology and entrepreneurial events in Holland, Zeeland, and Grand Rapids.

I’m interested in web design, entrepreneurship, and personal finance. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my wife, hiking trails, kayaking, and reading.
